As for extreme outfits, this one takes the cake. I made Ivy this Fourth of July Tu Tu dress yesterday that should be quite the attention-getter. Red and White Tulle and a Navy and White wide ribbon tie. It certainly isn't something she can wear for long periods of time but it sure is cute on this little starlet.Sometime I'd like to get her pictures taken (I've been slacking) and this would be a great outfit for that. If nothing else, it will certainly be a great addition to the dress-up box down the road.
