Terrific Tuna Salad

I really like this tuna salad recipe because it has a few different things that help give it a "restaurant-quality" taste.  This is another thing that I try to keep stocked in the fridge for a quick snack.  Yummy!

Cat's Tuna Salad
5 cans tuna (in water)
6T mayo
3T sweet relish
1/8t minced onion
1/4t curry powder
1T dried parsley
1t dill weed
1 pinch garlic powder

Mix everything together and serve with crackers, celery sticks or on a sandwich.  Of course, if you're freaky, put it on a bed of lettuce.

Notes:
  • The original recipe also calls for 1T parmesan cheese but I leave that out.
  • You could also throw in diced boiled egg, if preferred.
